We are a team of humanitarians and development practitioners, strategists, and community mobilisers. Our backgrounds include humanitarian response, gender and inclusion, economic development, mental health and psychosocial support, and peacebuilding with women and youth, expertise we also bring to the organisations we advise and support. We have designed and delivered programmes, managed teams, and built systems and policies from the ground up, combining frontline practice with technical rigour. We share one conviction: that lasting change is built from within communities and for communities. We work alongside the people we support, and we hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of our partners.
